Our Adult Enrichment Committee develops, publicizes, and facilitates classes and programs to support personal spiritual development, foster awareness and appreciation of diverse religious practices, deepen our sense of community, and explore the everyday ways we can live our Unitarian Universalism faith and values. We offer ongoing classes, and shorter-term courses and workshops throughout the year. Click the link labeled “Classes for Adults” on the left side of this page for more information about these and other learning opportunities. If you would like more information about the Adult Enrichment Committee, please contact Debra Stevens, Chair, or Maria O’Connor, Director of Religious Education. Our Membership Committee, Earth Ministry Committee, and others also offer opportunities for adult learning and spiritual growth, including our UU Orientation Class, which can help newcomers learn more about our church and Unitarian Universalism. The current schedule of UU Orientations is here. We also offer UUnity Circles, which are small groups for spiritual growth and community building, Labyrinth Ministry, which offers regular opportunities to use the labyrinth for spiritual practice, and we are working to develop an active Young Adult Ministry as well. The links on the left side of this page can take you to more information about all of these opportunities for Adult Spirituality and Religious Growth. |
