The Religious Education Council is hosting a family movie night and potluck on Saturday, December 8 featuring the 2018 documentary “Won’t You Be My Neighbor?”.
Gathering will begin at 5:30 pm, in the community room, with the film starting at 6:00 pm. If able, please bring a dish to pass. “Won’t You Be My Neighbor?” is a timely message of how Fred Roger’s (aka “Mr. Rogers”) life and ministry utilized television as a tool to empower generations to “be the helper” within their own neighborhoods.
The movie is rated PG-13 and is 95 minutes long. For more details, or if you have any questions, please contact Marsha Thrall .
