When you make your pledge during the 2012-13 Annual Canvass Pledge Drive, you can choose to take advantage of the Inspired Giving Matching Grant. This $10,000 grant was built during the month of February with donations from UUCW members and friends to serve as incentive to increase pledges. (Download UUCW Inspired Giving flyer for all the details)

There are three ways to take advantage of the Matching Grant:

1.  Increase your pledge by 10% or more

For every pledge that is increased by 10% or more, an extra gift of $100 will be donated to the church from the ‘Inspired Giving Matching Grant.‘  You may pick up your personal pledge form on Sundays, February 26 - March 31, 2012 or contact the church office. Simply calculate the amount of your new pledge and check the box on the pledge form that says, "YES, this pledge is at least 10% more than last year"

2.  Make a first-time pledge

For every new pledge made during this year’s Canvass Pledge Drive, an extra gift of $100 will be donated to the church from our Inspired Giving Matching Grant. Simply check the box on the 2012-13 pledge form that says, “YES, this is a new pledge” (Download a 2012-13 UUCW pledge form)

3.  Return to pledging after a lapse

For those who didn't pledge last year, your 2012-13 pledge is also considered a 'new' pledge, therefore an extra gift of $100 will be donated to the church from our Inspired Giving Matching Grant. Simply check the box on your 2012-13 pledge form that says, “YES, this is a new pledge - I did not pledge in 2011-12” (Download a 2012-13 UUCW pledge form)
