Help us cross the finish line by claiming one of these final roles. The volunteer list is almost complete, but we still need to fill these specific gaps to make our UUCW Auction Night run smoothly on November 14th:
- Welcome / Check-in (4 needed): Greet attendees upon arrival, use a laptop to verify their registration, and issue bidding numbers. Training is provided.
- Check-out Assistant (1 needed): Support the checkout team by gathering and organizing auction items that have been cleared for payment.
- DJ (1 needed): Provide background music to set the mood for the evening and take requests if able. You must provide your own player and setup.
- Boutique Coordinator(s): Recruit members and friends to donate handcrafted items, treats, or other small goods. Create and manage the display on Auction night, and process boutique payments.
- Advertising (1 needed): Create printed materials or host a table in the Community Room to promote item donations and event attendance.
