The Music Program at UUCW is seeking musicians from the congregation who would be interested in sharing their talents by providing music for Sunday services.
Sharing your music is a wonderful way to participate in the ministry of the church while reaping the added benefit of personal growth that performance can foster. Music is an integral part of the worship experience — it is a momentary break from the spoken word in which the listener is invited to ponder, reflect, reset, and revel. Maybe you are a high school student preparing a solo for a contest or talent show. Maybe you’re a retired person who has recently picked up their old instrument or resumed singing again. Whatever your musical story, please share it with Music Director Ruben Piirainen who is interested in helping you to find a great opportunity for musical expression at UUCW.
