Beauty of the Solo Dance

June 30th, 2019

Dance has long been used as an expression of beauty, the magic of the movement of the human body, and a celebration of space and sound. What does it look like to use that power and celebration as a protest? What does it mean to dance beautifully alone in the face of immeasurable sadness and anger? Music today provided by Ruben Piirainen, UUCW Music Director.
