Black Lives Matter – Reflection/Action Group Looks at Anti-Semitism
Anti-Semitism is part of white supremacy culture that has been growing in the United States in the last few years culminating the mass shootings at the Tree of Life synagogue in Oct. 2018. As we discuss “dismantling white supremacy culture” in our congregation and community, we cannot ignore how deeply anti-Semitism is embedded in it.
Join the BLM Reflection/Action Group on Saturday, March 16, from 9:00 – 11:00 am as we explore this issue. The meeting is open to anyone interested. There are a couple of online articles to read in preparation, so if you are interested in attending, contact Ann Heidkamp to get the links.
