In this service, Lynn Kapitan will offer thoughts and imagery from her long-term commitment to social activism as a cross-cultural researcher with community development leaders in Latin America. Together, we will contemplate the potential moral and spiritual lessons that arrive with the risk of relationship during times of political crisis.
Dr. Lynn Kapitan is a long-term member of UUCW and, in her professional life, a professor of art therapy at Mount Mary University in Milwaukee. She has presented internationally on social justice issues in research and community-based care.
