Help Keep UU Church West Looking Beautiful
Help care for the church property and socialize with fellow church members. More Hands Mean Less Work! On Saturday, November 2 from 8:30 am -2:00 pm join other members prepare the church property for the winter season. Volunteer for an hour or five hours, whatever fits into your day!
Tasks include racking, cutting back plants, weeding, and picking up sticks. Tools are available, but anyone is welcome to bring their own. Tools needed may include work gloves, rakes, shovels, wheel barrels, pruning shears, and leaf blowers. Indoor work is available for anyone interested. Children ages 7-and-up are invited to work alongside their family.
A chili lunch will be around noon. If you can’t help with the workday, consider providing something to feed the hard-working crew. Questions? Contact Vicki Banville.
