Join us for Online Chair Yoga on Tuesday mornings at 10 am
Appropriate for everybody & every age, Chair Yoga moves your whole body through a series of seated and standing yoga poses. With the support of a chair, participants can safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, range of movement, balance and strength. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
Led by the Rev. Dr. Monica L. Cummings, RYT 200, Warriors at Ease L1 Yoga Teacher, and Assistant Minister of Pastoral Care at Bradford Community Church UU in Kenosha. Rev. Monica provides modifications for each pose, based on participants’ needs.
- $10/individual session; or
- $35 for all Tuesday sessions in a calendar month or
- $75/10 sessions (no date restriction — like using a punch card)
