Lynda Strong, FUSM member and owner of Imperial Serenity and Wellness, will conduct a brief exploration of chakras and then lead a Healing Vibrational Sound Bath. This combination of safe* and natural healing experiences is sure to renew you for the month ahead.
Chairs are provided, but you can bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillows if you prefer to lie on the ground for this experience. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water to support yourself during this event. Participants as young as 5 are welcome as long as they are able to sit or lie quietly for a period of time.
*NOTE from Lynda: Vibrational sound healing is safe for everyone, but those with a built-in medical device (such as a pacemaker or diabetes pump) need a doctor’s permission before participating. All participants are responsible for their own healing and are welcome to remove themselves at any time if they become uncomfortable.
