It’s time to get creative when it comes to thinking of safe and fun ways to interact with friends. Zoom PowerPoint parties are meant to add an educational aspect to video calls with friends — but they’re way more fun than they sound.
Join Gen UU, a UUCW social group for 18-35 year-olds, for their PowerPoint Party on Monday, August 31st at 6 pm. Newcomers are welcome.
How: Prepare a short presentation (around five minutes) on something you’re interested in or care about and present it to the group. The main objective is to have fun and interact with each other! The topics can be lighthearted, funny, and about virtually anything you want them to be about. The possibilities are endless. Topics, ideas, and arguments that are quite a niche (i.e., weirdly specific) work well here.
When: Your PowerPoint title is due to Chelsey Nesbit, Gen UU Coordinator, by Saturday, August 29th. Contact Chelsey Nesbit for the Zoom meeting link.
If you haven’t had a chance to attend a Gen UU event in a while, come join the fun! Or, we’ll see you again in the future.
