The Unitarian Universalist Assn has partnered with the Global Climate Strike to join young people and adults all across the US and world to demand transformative action be taken to address the climate crisis. Millions will take the streets to demand a right to a future, and we’re inviting you to join us. Members of UUCW’s Earth Ministry will participate in this event which will take place at Milwaukee’s County Courthouse.
Global Climate Rally and March – Saturday, September 21, 2019
12 noon – Meet at Milwaukee County Courthouse – Southside, 901 N 9th St.
1:00 pm – March from the County Courthouse on Wells St. Milwaukee City Hall (.9 miles)
Community Open Mic: There will be speakers, musicians, poetry reading, and more.
