A professor emerita of history at the University of California, Santa Barbara, the author explores the crucial experiences that formed Ginsberg’s passion for justice, her advocacy for gender equality, and her meticulous jurisprudence.

Looking ahead, Great Books will be discussing The Agony and the Ecstasy by Irving Stone on Monday, October 14.
