Loading Events

Drop-in and meditate with others.
Tuesdays: 5:30 – 6:30 pm
Wednesdays: 10-11 am
We do not advocate a particular meditation style. Typically, it is a 20 or 45-minute silent period (your choice) either on a cushion on the floor or in a chair. We start promptly but permit late entry. Afterward, we join in fellowship and dharma talk. We look forward to sitting with you.
