Congregations are as strong or as weak as the relationships that bind them together. MICAH’s Sacred Conversations Listening Campaign is a focused and disciplined community-building effort in congregations. Sacred Conversations is a 6 to 8-week campaign that strengthens faith communities by training listening teams of lay leaders to deepen relationships with congregants through intentional conversations.  Goals of training:  increase leadership and connection; uncover shared passions, discern collective vision for the community, and identify congregational needs.  MICAH is recommending one trainee for every 6 to 8 Sacred Conversations planned.

Please let Karen Zimmerman know if you are able to attend.
