The Easter story focuses on ‘Sunday morning,’ but it’s so much more than that. It’s about resistance to the status quo. It’s about surrendering to what change may require of us. It’s about civil disobedience. And it’s about the possibilities that arise from defeat. Out of resistance comes new life.
Our service will feature music from the Philip Glass opera “Satyagraha”…with tenor James Hogan and dancer Nicole Grandstrand and pianist Ruben Piirainen. Our theme for April is The Path of Resistance.
