Trouble in the workplace is often the initial motivator leading people to consider joining or forming a union. After taking that first step, many also begin a journey to “good trouble,” as Rep. John Lewis calls it. When people from different walks of life come together in union to pool their resources and share their strength, they become a mighty force for social and economic justice, achieving collectively what they never could alone. This Labor Day, we’ll hear some of their stories. Special musical guests: Randy and Jess Rock and Robert Fewel.
Childcare provided for children 4-K and under; Youth 5-K and up are invited to join the service.
