The Rev. Suzelle Lynch – What do you believe? By what principles and values do you live your life? Our Unitarian Universalist faith has no creed — that is, no central cast-in-concrete statement about god, human nature, or right and wrong that we must affirm to be UUs. Instead, we “build our own theology,” consciously or unconsciously, as our ideas on what is spiritual, on human nature, ultimate reality, values, ethics, and what our beliefs require of us manifest now and change over time. “Building Your Own Theology” can be an eight-week UU course for adults; in today’s service, we’ll do a quick and snappy version.
