Change for Change Sunday – November 21, 10 am — Bring your penny jars, pocket change, and piggybanks to church – we’re collecting “spare change” during the service to defray the costs for UUCW’s changing technology that helps us offer multi-platform worship and meetings.
Holiday Music Service – December 12, 10 am — Our theme for this celebration of the winter holidays in marvelous music and worthy words is “The Time of Year When the World Falls in Love.”
EarthSpirit Winter Solstice Ritual – December 21, 7 pm – This powerful participatory ritual of calling back the Sun returns in-person! Reservations may be required, watch the Weekly E-news for more details.
Christmas Eve Service: Opening to Joy – December 24, 4 pm – A lovely tradition with candle-light, readings, and lovely music to honor the mystery and magic of Christmas.
Worthy Now Livestream-Only Service – December 26, 10 am – We engage with the heartfelt ministry to incarcerated Unitarian Universalists via the Church of the Larger Fellowship. The church building will be closed – this beautiful worship service takes place online only.
Living With Intention – UUCW’s 60th Birthday and Building Blessing – January 2, 10 am – Our beloved UUCW was chartered on this day in 1962 – so let’s celebrate our 60th anniversary with our intentions for a fabulous future and a re-dedication of our beautifully-remodeled building.
Farewell, Rev. Suzelle! A Retirement Celebration – January 22, time TBD – We honor the shared ministry UUCW has shared since 2003 with Rev. Suzelle Lynch, and celebrate all that is to come in her life and the life of our congregation.
