UUCW music programs like choir, band and vocal/instrumental ensembles are open to your participation – they’re a great way to feed your spirit and connect with others.

UUCW Adult Choir

The adult choir performs music encompassing a variety of styles from classical to gospel and folk to jazz. Singers of all abilities are welcome, and the ability to read music is not required. The adult choir rehearses weekly on Tuesdays and performs 1-2 times per month at Sunday services.

Multigenerational Choir

Our Multigenerational Choir performs each year at our Holiday Music services in December and rehearses during the month before it.  All young ones who love to sing are welcome to join – as are teens and adults who may not have time to join the Adult Choir!  Music Director Ruben Piirainen makes it easy to participate, with rehearsal tracks for home practice, and enjoyable music.

Kaleidoscope Worship Band

The Kaleidoscope Band is a group of volunteer musicians and singers selected by audition. Members participate as they are able, performing folk, pop, and rock music as well as accompanying hymns.

Special Music Performers and Children’s Choir

UUCW has a number of musically-talented members who perform as soloists or smaller ensembles, or as service accompanists. Our Children’s Choir is convened (all children welcome) for selected services.
