Summer is here and once again UUCW is partnering with two other Unitarian Universalist Congregations to share worship. The role of “Host Congregation” will be rotated among the different UU buildings in Hartland, Waukesha, and Brookfield. Each Congregation will host twice during July and August. On those dates when we are hosting, we might have a larger crowd thanks to being able to welcome new UU visitors. On the dates when we are the guests, we will have the opportunity to visit the other two Congregations and learn from them.

Worship Carpooling! Please meet at UUCW’s East Parking lot at 9:15 am. After confirming drivers, cars will depart at 9:30 am for either Lake Country UU or United UU on their hosting dates listed below:

July 14 – 10 am – UUCW, 13001 W. North Ave, Brookfield (Host to guests LCUUC and UUUC)

July 21 – 10:30 am – United Unitarian Universalist Congregation, 506 N Washington Ave, Waukesha

Accessibility and childcare: The main door is wheelchair accessible. A ramp runs along the side of the building, starting at the handicapped parking at the back of the lot. Childcare is available during the service.

July 28 – 10 am – Lake Country Unitarian Universalist Church, W299 N5595 Grace Dr, Hartland
The UUCW building will be closed this Sunday.

Accessibility and childcare: LCUUC is a single-level building and offers an ADA-compliant non-gendered restroom, hearing assistance headphones, wheelchair, and scooter seating, and seating for persons of size. LCUUC offers a staffed nursery for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Older children (5-12ish) remain in the sanctuary until we sing them out. We will have a planned activity for these youth, which will preferably be outside, weather permitting. Children who wish to remain in the sanctuary are welcome to do so. “Busy bags” are available by the door to keep them occupied. Middle school and High schoolers are welcome to assist in any of the RE activities, or, of course, participate themselves!
