Who makes decisions here at UUCW, and how are dreams and needs prioritized? How does a great idea move from concept to reality? What is possible when we join our hearts, minds, and hands together in common purpose?
Last Sunday (Feb 26, 2023), a group of self-identified UUCW leaders came together for a Leadership Café to kick off this year’s pledge drive. After enjoying yummy soup prepared by Leslie Peterson, we gathered around small tables for focused conversations about how UUCW can better live into our goals. We wondered about how to engage more folks, about what resources are needed, and about where we might have blind spots. Lists of compelling possibilities were compiled. Personal 
commitments were made. Hearts were moved.
Let it be known that this church belongs to all who show up, and that includes you.
